By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Ranjit Bhonsale.
Ranjit Bhonsale is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Aarti Sangraha app (work.ranjit.aartisangraha) stores and processes cached devotional text,
reading position indexes, bookmarks, custom visual themes, and user-configured Google Sheet synchronization links locally
on your Android device. It’s your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend
that you do not root or modify your Android operating system software, which is the process of removing software
restrictions and limitations. It could make your device vulnerable to security threats and mean that the Aarti Sangraha
app won’t work properly.
Devotional Content & Google Sheets Data Integration
Aarti Sangraha allows users to synchronize and load devotional prayers, Aartis, Stotrams, Mantras, and Chalisas from default bundled datasets or custom user-provided public Google Sheets.
- Public Domain Devotional Texts: Traditional Hindu prayers, Aartis, and scriptures included in the app or default templates are generally in the public domain.
- User-Provided Spreadsheets: If you connect a custom Google Sheet database, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the text content and any linked media/audio files comply with applicable copyright laws and public decency standards.
- Network & Google Uptime: Database synchronization requires an internet connection and relies on Google Sheets API availability. Ranjit Bhonsale is not responsible for Google service downtime, network outages, or errors resulting from incorrectly formatted user spreadsheets.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Ranjit Bhonsale does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that text translations or audio links provided in user-connected spreadsheets will always be available or accurate.
App Updates and Termination
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for the system may change, and you’ll need to download updates if you want to keep using the app. Ranjit Bhonsale does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version installed on your device. However, you promise to accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
I may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
