Ranjit Bhonsale built the Aarti Sangraha app (work.ranjit.aartisangraha) as a Free app for Android devices. This SERVICE is provided by Ranjit Bhonsale at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms & Conditions, which is accessible at Aarti Sangraha Terms & Conditions unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection, Storage, and Architecture

Aarti Sangraha is engineered with a strict privacy-first, local-first architecture. All cached devotional texts (Aartis, Stotrams, Chalisas, Mantras), user bookmarks, last-read page indexes, custom themes, and user-provided Google Sheet database sync URLs are stored exclusively on your device using Android's native local database (Room SQLite) and encrypted local storage.

We do not operate central user servers, login tracking database systems, or analytics trackers that capture your devotional reading habits, personal identifiers, device contact lists, or location details.

When you initiate a synchronization request in the app, Aarti Sangraha issues a direct, read-only HTTP request to fetch published Google Sheet spreadsheet CSV data. This connection occurs directly between your device and Google's public spreadsheet servers. No user credentials, Google OAuth tokens, or private account details are requested or transmitted.

Android System Permissions

To provide seamless offline devotional reading and dynamic database updates, Aarti Sangraha requests minimal system permissions:

• INTERNET: Required to connect to public Google Sheets CSV endpoints when you tap the "Sync" action inside the app.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used locally to detect internet availability before initiating a synchronization or audio stream request.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app, I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device model, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Security

I value your trust in using our mobile applications, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of electronic transmission over the internet or local storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.
